Exchanges and returns
At Fit With Intelligence, we believe it is important that you are satisfied with your purchase. Therefore, you can return your order within 14 days . Unfortunately, exchanges are not possible, but you can always place a new order. We regret that we cannot accept returns outside this period.
How does returns work?

Register your return via our website.
Go to the return page at fitwithintelligence.com/retourneren and fill out the return form.
After registering, you can fill out the return form and add it to the package. -
Pack your return properly.
Preferably use the original packaging. Ensure that items are returned unused, undamaged, and with tags. -
Send your package to our return address.

The shipping costs for the return are at your own expense . Keep the shipping receipt safe until your return has been processed.
Return conditions
– Returns are possible within 14 days of receiving your order.
– Items must be returned unused, undamaged , and with original labels
. – Underwear or worn items cannot be returned for hygienic reasons.
– Returns without a completed return form cannot be processed.
Refund
Upon receipt and inspection of your return, we will refund the purchase amount, excluding shipping costs, via the original payment method (iDeal or credit card) .
The processing time is usually 1 to 3 business days , within 10 business days at the latest .
Important to know
– Exchanges are not possible. Would you like a different size or variant? Then please place a new order via our webshop.
– Returns can only be processed within 14 days of receipt.
– Always send your return via PostNL so that we can track the package.
Complaints
Is an item damaged or incorrectly delivered? Please contact our customer service in advance via fwiwebshop@gmail.com . Include photos of the problem, and we will work together to find a suitable solution.
